The architectural firm Micro Team Architects was founded in 1983, from the duo of architects engineers George Kondylis and Diana Giannopoulou. Later, in 2005, to the core group was added the architect engineer Iro Kondylis. During the 30 years of professional career, the firm offers, with the same passion, services from conception, design, supervision and organisation of a project, serving constantly the principal target, that is the high quality of the architectural proposal, keeping the human/user in the center of it, and with respect to the natural environment in which the project will be placed.

The principal ideal of the firm, is the ideal of the contribution of the constructed space to the energetic balance between user and environment, since the final recipient is the human. It is for him that the architects at the end project their ideas, while recalling their professional and personal life's memories in the time and space.

Designing harmonic forms into a human scale, the achievement of functionality and the energetic economy form the 3 points of the theoretical approach of the firm. An approach that takes its form through clean architectural forms and volumes, harmonic lines of the master plans, correct orientation of spaces, color choices in order to cultivate the communicative perception, keeping as a principal axis the functionality in corrispondece with the form, usages, ecological materials, and finally an eco-friendly design, in the very core of the building.

The firm has created projects in the entire Greek land (Greece & Cyprus), and abroad (Nigeria,London), choosing projects that cover these categories:

Hotels and resorts, villas, condos and housing complexes, vacation houses, offices and professional buildings, stores and bars, restoration of neoclassical buildings, interior design and landscape architecture.

The processing of each project, from the early stages of conception until the final constructed volumes, is completed exclusively from the basic core of the firm. At the same time, the firm is surrounded by internal and external collaborators of diverse specialties, in order to provide the correct results.

Architects George Kondylis and Diana Giannopoulou, participated and architectural exhibitions, "Young Talents Biennale of the Mediterranean 1986", "Private Housing in Greece and EU 1987" and more. Both have an MA and 3rd Degree licence in Architecture.

To the day, the firm has succesfully completed over 365 projects, with over 30 publications in various magazines.

Micro Team's head officed are based in a owned building at Marousi, Attica in the Olympic Complex of Athens area.
