Launched by Owner/Founder Cara Kleinhaut in 2001 as Caravents, Event Production & Design, the firm quickly gained a reputation for high end design and flawless execution with clients like InStyle on their annual Golden Globes lounge.
By formally merging forces with broadcast television firm Lone Outpost in 2005, Caravents became the "go-to" Experiential + Live Show Specialists, producing signature Hollywood award shows with PR/Celebrity focus and multi-sponsor environments including: Essence Black Women In Hollywood Awards and Elle Women In Hollywood Awards.
Dual expertise in in high concept environments and live multi-media production, direction and large scale logistics led to exciting industry awards from Bizbash, ISES, Event Marketer, Event Solutions and The Special Event, for groundbreaking programs such as Target's Party for Good for 4000 guests in NYC.
