When working with other Architects as part of a team, we are able to quickly grasp the design intent and support architectural detailing.
The company was founded in 2002 by Aaron and Britton Glynn as a way to better control the construction process, insure quality detail in construction, and deliver projects to clients in a more efficient way. Aaron and Britton both hold a Masters degree in Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture and understand firsthand the importance of implementing thoughtful design.
We are experienced in all phases of residential design and construction. We offer schematic design/early design study, site planning, construction documents, and permitting. Full construction services include cost analysis, feasibility study, schedule analysis, construction, construction management, and client representation. We include a confidentiality agreement in all of our contracts and respect our client’s privacy throughout the design/build process.
Our projects range from residential remodels, new custom homes, site planning, sustainable design and construction, landscape environments, hillside expansions and repair, in-house custom woodworking and concrete, boutique retail spaces, and industrial contemporary office renovations. Our specialty is the custom home.
Our relationships with our subcontractors are long standing and competitive and we require each to supply proof of current insurance coverage. Our jobsites are clean and orderly and meet all OSHA safety requirements, including regular safety meetings and inspections.
