History
Bergman, Walls & Associates Ltd. was founded in 1994 as an architectural firm with an emphasis on Casino Resort Design. Prior to 1994, Joel Bergman spent 16 years as Steve Wynn’s in-house architect, creating such hospitality projects as: The Mirage, Treasure Island and the Golden Nugget properties in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Laughlin.
During that time, Joel Bergman participated in operational decisions and on-going feedback provided him an intimate level of involvement with respect to the inner-workings of the hospitality industry. It was this architectural end-product that introduced a revolutionary new gaming genre to the Las Vegas Strip “the mega-resort”. This invaluable and visionary experience continues the company’s success, and has allowed Bergman, Walls & Associates to grow and gain international recognition for repeatedly creating immensely popular and highly profitable hospitality projects.
