Philosophy
The office of MJL Architect strives to deliver the highest level of design, service and project management. Our architectural designs are driven by the exploration of new attitudes, without preconception as a premise. The approach is client and site specific and challenges conventional assumptions that currently, and predominantly, influence the architectural profession. A collaborative process between clients, consultants, fabricators and builders allows an open and dedicated exploration of appropriate concepts. In each project we seek to reevaluate and re-identify the environment in which we live in order to create new, and relevant, design solutions for our clients.

Biography
Mark J. Leonardi Born and raised in northwestern Pennsylvania, Mark J. Leonardi received a bachelor's degree from the School of Architecture at Syracuse University in 1985. From Syracuse he interned in New York City, working for firms such as Skidmore Owings and Merrill and 1100 Architect. He launched his own firm in 1993 working on a wide range of projects including educational buildings, commercial projects, and a variety of residential projects ranging from high end new construction to renovations of varying sizes. Currently he divides his time between offices in Lincoln Massachusetts and Naples Florida, with projects spanning down the Atlantic coastline to the Gulf of Mexico.
