We are a design and construction consulting company committed to the concepts of sustainable new construction, adaptive reuse and urban infill, dedicated to identifying, evaluating and rehabilitating existing sites, buildings and spaces with special potential.  We believe that the city and its components should be thought of as renewable resources, and so we strive for working with restoring, repairing, reusing, and reconnecting spaces.  Our specialty is researching, rehabilitating and renovating existing spaces and structures, so as to optimize their program, value and function.
