Anima seeks to combine design, furniture and spatial experience into an integrated whole. Inspired by the textures and formal expressions of our everyday environment we are looking to engage the familiar with the new, innovative and unusual. We activate efficient spaces with strategic objects of manifold condensed functionality to communicate an atmosphere of intelligence, simplicity and playfulness.

Anima understands each project as a unique opportunity to develop an individual design concept, customized to the particular nature and economic possibilities of the client. We work in close collaboration with manufacturers and contractors and see our involvement in the production process as an integral aspect of the design.

Anima encourages the user to explore his spatial preferences and needs. We understand design as an evolutionary and ongoing process, open for adaptation and interpretation. Our goal is not to create an idealized design image but to provide an organic setting that can adapt in time.
