The City of Santa Monica's Architecture Services Division is responsible for the planning, design, construction and management of capital improvement projects related to city-owned/leased facilities, including public buildings, community/recreation centers, parks, parking structures, libraries and fire stations.  Our goal is to incorporate the City's sustainable design directives, while maintaining a high standard of economy, utility, and aesthetics.
