Established in 1984 by Mehdi Bolour, Denley Investment and Management Company is a privately held real estate firm specializing in Investment, Development, and Management of Commercial and Multi-Family real estate. Through the 80s and 90s, Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood were in desperate need of gentrification and it was in these two areas in which Mr. Bolour and Denley were able to build a portfolio that has grown consistently over the years. In 2004 David Bolour joined Denley after receiving a degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. With real estate values in Southern California peaking in 2005, Mehdi and David expanded the portfolio across state lines venturing to Dallas, Texas. In 2006, Denley opened a satellite office in Dallas to manage the day-to-day operation of the Texas portfolio.
