The architectural project of the hotel is located on Gujarati Street in Tbilisi. The building is an 11-story structure that exceeds 6,500 square meters. On the ground floor and on the second floor there are commercial spaces, technical rooms serving the hotel and the reception. Guest rooms of different sizes are distributed on the following floors. And on the top floor, it is planned to install a pool, which will serve not only hotel guests, but also any users. If we talk about the exterior design of the building, we can highlight some details that indicate its distinctive style. The middle part of the building is occupied only by stained glass windows, and the side parts are occupied by metal plates on which linear lights are installed. The lights are moving equipment that moves from top to bottom at night.
