Wabi Tulum

Wabi Tulum is a condo hotel development intended for active rental on the Airbnb platform, nestled in the Tulum jungle and close to the ocean. The essential design principle is the Wabi sabi aesthetic, while also integrating a colorful material palette to harmonize with the surrounding culture. It consists of three towers, two of which exclusively house amenities and guest suites, while the third tower opens up to create an outdoor area within the building complex, hosting a public commercial square for the residents and visitors of Tulum. In the center of the towers lies the pool area. The rest of amenities consists on a spa, market place, gym, workspaces, yoga area and a pool bar.
