Temple Point Resort - Watamu Kenya, Watamu, KE, Architect
Temple Point is an important resort in Watamu, Kenya,located in the premices of Mida Creek a kenyan national park. This historic establishment, dating back to the 1960s, has undergone substantial renovations under my supervision. As the project architect, I was tasked with a multifaceted role. This included conducting a detailed inventory of existing structures, developing comprehensive renovation plans tailored to the new owners’ requirements, and overseeing the implementation of these designs. My responsibilities spanned a wide range of architectural disciplines, from conceptual design and interior planning to the production of detailed construction drawings and realistic 3D visualizations. Additionally, I was involved in the budgetary aspects of the project and personally oversaw the construction of smaller-scale developments.
