Description: A 12-level 30,000m2 high rise residential development in the Government designated principal activity center in Doncaster Hill, the 150 units building is conceived as an elongated ellipse which tapers vertically. It has 2 underground levels of car parking and a retail spaces on podium level. The exterior skin is a series of permeable folding screens, which can be operated manually by the occupant in their balcony.
