Behnisch Architekten, Stuttgart, Germany, Architectural Intern

Worked on two competitions to completion for educational buildings under one architect. Built massing models and presentation models throughout the competition process. Created diagrams and illustrated plans and sections in Photoshop for the final boards. Calculated space usage for 'Prufplane' documents and plans. Drew plans, sections, and details in Autocad. Also edited renders and sections in Photoshop for presentation documents in an ongoing project.

Philipp Mohr Design Studio, Brooklyn, NY, US, Architectural Intern

Created architectural drawings of elevations, plans, sections, and details for residential and commercial renovations. Sourced materials, furniture, light and plumbing fixtures for various projects and helped develop interior design strategies. Created 3D SketchUp model of renovations for clients. Helped with office organization, creating scopes of work, and met with clients and vendors.

Colgate University, Hamilton, NY, US, Undergraduate Research Assistant

Designed a Vectorworks computer model of the earliest campus survey done for Ernest Bowditch in 1892, featuring accurate tree species height and location, early buildings, roads, sidewalks, and topography. Worked with archival photographs, campus maps, building plans, sections, and elevations. Created a model for future students to explore and build upon.

Worked on CAD plans and elevations for Gothic cathedrals and monasteries. Created a physical model of a cathedral for display to clients.

Majored in Art and Art History with a minor in Chinese. Wrote my art history thesis on the cultural implications of new architecture in Pudong, China, which was presented at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) in 2013. Graduated Summa Cum Laude.
