Collaborated closely with the owner, manger, and chef to move a much loved French Bistro and its eclectic design to a new location. Much consideration went into the layout, and interior design elements to retain the flavor and spirit of the original restaurant. 

Landmarks Preservation Commission and Local Community Board presentations. Developed Construction Documents, Mill work details, Lighting Design, and equipment specifications. Incorporated salvaged architectural elements in the design as project progressed. Completion of Phase 1: July 2016.
