This project was largely focused on structure as the driving force behind the design. The program included a small living and research area for two scientists on Vetter Mountain including a public meeting area. The project concept/parti was based off balanced stacking volumes as one might be able to do with building block toys. The structure of the project is provided by CLT panels on a concrete base. The work shown includes plans, sections, and mainly highlights the detail section drawings.
