I have considerable experience as a Project Architect, leading the project team and consultants, coordinating the work of different disciplines, working out details, generating a project schedule to meet a deadline, value engineering the construction budget, and overseeing the construction to assure the work is being implemented per the CDs. Whether it’s solving the logistical planning, phasing, programming and budgeting needs for a hospital client, researching and incorporating the trends in the boutique condominium market for a developer client, designing hardware/furniture for specific desires of a residential client, working with a lighting designer to best display an art piece for a art collector client, or partnering with a client of a historically iconic building to bring the public spaces of the building into the 21st century, I tackle the issues at hand.
