Within a recognized residential in Cancun, the MS15 house is located in the same street where the estudio AM arquitectos already built other projects, generating an urban continuity and side gardens.

The house is contained in a volumetric cube, with volumetric extractions.

Built entirely of concrete block, with thin bladed concrete. The roofing system it’s based on prefabricated beams and brick vault, except bathrooms, were the roofing system it’s based on solid concrete to cover the plumbing facilities.

The access to the house is by the north facade, the front of the property, the wall of the main entrance is covered with wood, the same type of the door. The main lobby is the center of the house where it connects the living and dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and stairs to access the upper floor, with an inside garden in the stairs area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite, and communicates with the laundry room, with a secondary access from the east facade, and containing a bathroom.
The living and dining room overlooking the garden share an access through a chiseled white concrete terrace. The garden features a swimming pool; the engine room of the pool is hidden under the stairs.

Upstairs the three bedrooms are separated by a study. The master bedroom is on the main facade, with walk in closet and bathroom. The other  two secondary bedrooms have closet and bathroom, both have view over the rear garden, located on the south facade.
