I am an enthusiastic interior design professional interested in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial interiors, I am flexible and thrive working within a team. During my senior internship, I assisted in various institutional and commercial projects. My tasks included FF&E research, procurement of samples, and space planning for offices, as well as a healthcare facility. I also did digital cataloging, created a specification package, and produced diagrams and renderings for both client and in-house presentations. As part of the internship program, I contributed to all-office presentations featuring my accomplishments in the firm and personal design work.

Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, New York, NY, Digital Fabrication & Print Center Assistant

I worked part-time as a print lab assistant at PrintFX & Fabrication Lab, which is the primary digital output center of the Fashion Institute of Technology. My tasks included guiding each faculty, staff, and students in preparing layouts, designs, and formats for high production quality and efficient turnaround time. I also managed the front desk of the print lab.

Bona Design Lab, New York, NY, US, Interior Design Intern

In this six-month internship, I worked one-on-one with the creative director and senior project architect in developing brand manuals for a global network of convenience retail clients. I did research and sourcing of FFE for high-traffic retail spaces. I also proposed and built 3D models of custom furniture systems, as well as assisted in the graphic design for each project's promotional material packages and environmental signage.

I received a BFA in Interior Design with a minor in Ethics and Sustainability at FIT's CIDA Accredited Interior Design Program. Studio projects covering residential, hospitality, retail, institutional, and commercial design. Courses meet National Certification for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Exam and New York State certification (Certified Interior Designer) eligibility requirements.

The certificate is awarded to participants from various design institutions. Under the supervision of Professor Eric K. Daniels, our entry was merited for our extensive design research on the topic of providing a transition/support home for youth aging out of the foster care system.
