After extensive analysis of the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, this proposal for the adaptive reuse of an abandoned brewery site takes into account the potential of the site to the redevelopment of Pittsburgh.  The brewery is re-imagined as a mixed-use development including a transit hub for commuters and local patrons.  The different programs respect and build onto the existing structures and appeal to a variety of users, from long-distance visitors to local residents.  Included uses include a gym/climbing wall, marketplace, microbrewery restaurant, apartment housing, and shopping areas.
