Main Street Cupertino will be the city's most ambitious planned development. Located just south of the future Apple headquarters, the Main Street Cupertino Loft Residences (MSCLR) anchors a newly created downtown which includes office buildings, retail and hotel spaces and a hotel in a pedestrian-friendly environment.
This LEED Silver project is comprised of 120 units and 4 stories of Type V construction over 2 levels of subterranean parking. The project is organized around a central courtyard which includes a BBQ area and outdoor movie theater. The first floor houses a leasing office, business center, residents' lounge, and show kitchen. High quality finishes are found throughout the building and a variety of apartment types, from studio units to live-work lofts give potential residents a chance to find the perfect apartment.
10,000 SF of retail space line the north end of the main street development and contribute to the new downtown of Cupertino.
