Visitation & photography of site with clients, establishing design parameters.  Originally was intended to be an extensive remodel, but due to HOA constraints and mixed with desires of the clients, turned into a new construction project.  Creation of design drawings w/ coordination of Architect.  Conversion to construction drawings upon approval.
