My rol is to study where we can develop new residential constructions and to plan an idea of the future Project. I also help in the construction and enginiering department supervising the technical aspects of the Project such structure designing, facilities or construction solutions.

I have studied the 5 years degree in architecture in Spain and a Master in Architecture (1 year) as well. This studies allow as to sing architectural projects as well as structure projects or facilities (it's a mix between an architect, bulding enginier and structure enginier).
I also complete my education with busines courses such as financial management, leadership or finnance accounting with helped me to introduci in real estate develpment.

For my final Degree Thesis an the etrepreneur competition of my university I developed a Real Estate Project (hotel resort) wich consists in rehabiliting an abandoned area between the sea in Benicasim (an small mediterranean town in the north of spain). The value proposal of the project its resumed in two aspects: the develpment of a new way of financing real estate and a new kind of hotel, adapted to the new kind of tourism of Spain.
