Emre is an architect and designer, grew up in Istanbul.
He started his higher education at the Urban and Regional Planning of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (MSFAU) in 2005, after one year transferred to the Department of Architecture. received his bachelor’s degree in architecture at MSFAU in 2012 as a recipient of the 1st prize of Archiprix Turkey and began his graduate education in the Architectural Design Master Program at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2012. also attended visiting school activities of Architectural Association and Pratt Institute.
During his education and after graduation, he worked in various high-profile practices in Istanbul such as Karabey Limited and Tabanlioglu Architects. In addition to professional experiences, he practiced in academia as a researcher, lecturer and guest juror. He participated and won prizes in numerous design competitions and experienced on designing various scales including urban scale master plans, office buildings, educational and cultural buildings, urban furniture, graphic design and photography. Through his extensive personal experiences, competent in interior design, detailing and architectural renovations.
He is registered architect in The Chamber of Architects of Turkey.
Emre currently lives in New York and looking for the decent environment to chase his broad curiosities.
