I design because the built world impresses me in its beauty and its influence. The myriad ways every space can be contrived, every effect that a space can have on you, the ceaseless opportunity it has for change, these fundamental notions of Architecture are what tell me that anyone in this field has a remarkable medium for bettering our world. My education brought me up to all of this and gave me the chance to explore these ideas for myself. Afterward, I set out to start making a difference of my own, from learning the basics of a firm’s setting to getting involved with projects that truly bettered people’s lives. I continue, now, through my career to find where my skills and abilities are best used, devoting my time and energy to those who see that great things can be done and be done by us.
