On the N side, where the cold winds come from, a wavy double wall was built as to protect the structure from cold winds (like a blanket over his shoulders). On the S side it develops the main elevation to collect all the winter sun, while the summer sun is covered with the projections of the balconies. The balustrades are designed to accommodate the solar panels for the energy.
