As a Senior Architect in the core team of 3 architects who established the Dubai Architectural Branch of dwp, my responsibilities started with the set-up of the branch and defining the design standards while helping developing the design and quality procedures, at the same time leading different projects conceptual designs.
After securing and winning multiple leads, my main duties were but not limited to:
- managing the growing Architectural Team.
- leading conceptual architectural design proposals.

Responsibilities at Design Excellence were at different design stages. From conceptual and schematic proposals for parts or components of mega-developments for Sama Dubai, to coordination between multiple project stakeholders like design consultants, Engineers, operators, etc... along with other design consultants design-reviews and design management.
In Addition to that I was behind "Executive Design" branding, the under-establishment private architectural design consultancy firm, the Sama Dubai Design Arm to be.
