Uptown is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this in-migration and to become a great place to live. Uptown is poised to become a thriving urban center and destination.It has the potential to become Cincinnati’s Innovation District, but in order to achieve this transition existing problems must be identified and addressed with transformative solutions and objectives that are mutually supportive.
