In the discussion of form and function, where does geometry lie? Using a simple 6-sided hexagon as the foundation of this project, I captured texture and contour in both the digital and physical form. My design focused on the effects of the progression from light to dark on materiality and space as illustrated by the spatial changes captured in the geometry of the hexagonal tile.
