Dr. and Mrs. Halpert live on the 28th block of Gerard Ave. The couple is interested in sustainability and a feature they requested in the renovations were green roofs systems. The design includes both intensive and extensive systems.
This project was space planned by hand then put into Auto CAD. All of the perspectives where drawn by hand and rendered using water colors. Plans, R.C.P.s, Sections, and Elevations where shade and shadowed using 2B graphite.
