Ekam Singh is an architectural designer and writer based in New York City and a recent graduate of the M.Arch program at Pratt Institute. With a B.Arch. (summa cum laude) from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, he is inspired by community-driven architectural strategies and research on novel spatial experiences at the intersection of nature and human intervention. Having served as the Student Advisor to the Dean, he hopes to build a sense of collective agency amongst the student body and a more equitable academic environment. With a penchant for the written word, his work has been published on platforms such as Koozarch, Drawing Matter, LiveWire, and Rethinking the Future and he was one of the fellows of the Thom Mayne Young Architects Fellowship and the AN New Voices in Architecture Journalism program.
