The building features a 34.000 sqm hospital which located in Osmaniye, Turkey. It has two main functions; 100-bed hospital and 20 units oral and dental health clinic.

Sub-functions of the hospital includes; emergency service, Operation units, IC, polyclinics,obstetrics and gynaecology clinic, dental and oral health clinics. Designated site of the project is a relatively small site which has an one-directional 14 meter level difference.

Functional programme has been sperated into different size masses according to their relations. These masses have been place over the site with a reference of slope of the land and their functioınal relations. This composition has been connected through, courtyard, bridges void/mass relations. This reconstruction of a traditonal hospital mass provides a very important advantage. 39.000 sqm hospital can obtain %90 natural light which is an importatnt solution to th main challange of this function and site.
