About 

I am a Mixed-use, Office Space, Multifamily, Affordable, Senior and Student Housing Project Architect and MasterPlanner with over 10 years of experience on the East Coast, primarily in the DC Metropolitan Area. I am currently responsible for construction administration and design creation. I regularly act as an intermediary between the client and the architect team. Additionally, I have experience with revision of documents for quality control as well as actively seeking new designs and construction methods. I've been responsible for ASK’s, ASI’s, RFI’s, Addendums, site visits/inspections, punch lists, and ensure close-out documentation for several projects including dealing with DCHA, HUD, VHDA for tax credit affordable founded projects as well as several multi-family private investors in the market rate sector.
