I am an architect working on my license with 20 years of experience to offer you. I have served as a drafter, an architect intern and a project coordinator with companies specializing in residential and commercial developments.


My most recent experience is working as part of the inspection team for the construction of the Correctional Medical Center in Bayamon, P.R.  I also managed and coordinated the sanitary upgrade system for certain eastern region public schools system of Puerto Rico.  Previously I also produced architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings on replacement of passenger boarding bridges for the Jackson Mississippi International Airport and New Orleans International Airport In-Line Baggage Proposal.  These sets include Interior Architecture, interior architectural details and electrical, plumbing and mechanical drawing for submittal to builders and clients.

• Working as part of the inspection team for the construction of the Correctional Medical Center in Bayamon, P.R. Responsible for documenting and preparing daily reports and site observation, including all the aspect pertaining to the construction inspection. Maintain close inspection of formwork, steel work, concrete placement, masonry wall installation and similar construction operations. Supervise concrete testing and quality control. Responsible for keeping records and important documentation. Assure that plans and specifications are followed in strict accordance with the project design.

• Participated as inspector for the construction of an auditorium and multi-purpose building. This building will service the San Jose Marianist High School in San Juan, PR. This institution is over 70 years old and it is a highly recognized Catholic school that serves the San Juan Metropolitan Area. Responsible for the daily reports and site visits during the close-out of the construction contract. The project was completed, delivered on time, and on budget.

• Manage and coordinate the sanitary upgrade system for certain Eastern region public school system of Puerto Rico. This program, under my supervision, consisted of 11 public schools whose sanitary system consisted of septic tanks. As part of the program an off-site sanitary pipeline system was undertaken in order to eliminate all interior septic tanks and connect the schools to the local public sewer system of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Some of the offsite had a length in excess of 1,200 meters plus installation of manholes and pipelines in congested urban and rural roads

• Responsible to coordinate, supervise, schedule and perform daily inspections of the work executed by a local contractor.

• Traveled daily to the sites, conduct meetings among the contractor, client and government officials throughout the construction phase.

• Rendered daily and monthly development reports and prepared a final inspection and close-out of the project.

• Responsible for developing set of as-built drawings for the New Orleans International Airport on the upgrade of the existing baggage handling units.

• Assisted in the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection drawing of the first floor level of the New Orleans International Airport.

• Responsible for developing set and the architectural portion on the replacement of six pas-senger-boarding bridges for the Jackson Mississippi International Airport.

• Traveled to the New Orleans International Airport and Jackson-Evers International Airport as necessary in order to take measurements and notations of the as-built condition in order to develop set of drawings.
