Just minutes from the Salton Sea a nautical playground was invented in the 1950's.  
This project set forth to create an oasis in the desert, strongly inspired by lush Caribbean 
resorts while acknowledging its historical connection to the area's rich agriculture.  D
ate trees sprawl throughout and the water feature is both fun and fruitful in that 
it is used to irrigate the properties rich agricultural component and lends itself to activities 
that bring people closer together.
