Erik started his architectural career in San Diego, CA under Safdie Rabines Architects and Solomon Ferguson. He earned an Economics, B.A. at University California, Santa Cruz [2004] and a Master of Architecture at the NewSchool of Architecture and Design [2010]. He is currently a Senior Designer / BIM Manager with Blueprint Capital REIT.
He currently works to advance the approach of architectural production for residential real estate development to meet the housing challenges of the Greater Seattle Area.
Other interests include music diggin', emerging tech and basketball.

Developed Revit BIM models for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Coordinated building systems between consultants and leveraged Revit to disseminate information efficiently. Established BIM best practices and collaboration standards in a transitioning office. Produced and supported 3D rendering, marketing and presentation packages for several projects.
