I am Architect & Quantity Surveyor graduated in 2011 from university of City School of Architect (CSA) in Colombo, Sri Lanka,
I'm also co-founded ArchiLanka (Design & Solutions) headquarter in Colombo our other Network in middle east countries. specialized in CAD Drafting and design services.
As a professional, I want to concentrate my career in the areas of architectural projects in any stage of development, providing also an important base of knowledge of architectural design & construction industry.
I have experience in different construction-related fields In addition, I have participated by myself in several architecture competitions for students and graduated architects, and in some small projects of rehabilitation of existing buildings.

Preparing shop drawings for architectural, interior landscaping, structural & civil coordinate with technical team.
Preparing shop drawings compare with IFC & modify the drawings as per architect comments for the consultant approval.
Coordinate with technical manager, architects & land surveyor for preparing general coordinate design Development drawings.
Prepare the taking off sheets for finishing works, doors & windows, ironmongery schedule coordinate with architect & CAD Draughtsman.
Prepare the weekly site progress reports & drawings coordinate with planning engineer.
Prepare the shop drawing submittal form for consultant.
Prepare the material & drawings submittal document log & submittal form.
Create 3D modeling & space planning for interior works.
Coordinate with subcontractors to take the drawings and make the general coordination for compare (xref) drawing.
Scan for approved shop drawings & prepare the statement log for QA/QC & consultant.
Distribute to approved shop drawings for Construction managers, site engineers & sub-contractors.
Handle the OCE color wave 300 & HP design jet plotter (A0, A1, A2 & A3) size papers plotting, photocopy & scanning all file format).
Preparing shop drawings for Information communication systems (ICS) & Network infrastructure.
Preparing shop drawings for Public address, Audio visual Video coordinate with AV engineer.
Preparing IPTV display systems details drawings for the LCD, LED & enclosure as per screen sizes.
Preparing the engineer design drawings for the rack cabinet details, switch, patch panel & elevation views any other etc. details as per the (Network, IT, telecommunication, AV & CCTV Security)
engineers design concept ideas & coordinate with CISCO & Huawei etc. brands technical data & website search.
Preparing shop drawings for CCTV security systems for MOI standard for approval coordinate with security engineer.
Preparing design engineering drawings for ICS, Networks & CCTV security systems for design & build contract.
Preparing schematic design & diagram for Network infrastructural & CCTV security systems.
All the shop drawings preparation and design as per architectural standard (drawing layouts, blocks, xref, reference, color pen assignment & title blocks Etc…)
Create 3D modeling & Presentations for client.
Prepare the estimations & taking off sheets for cable, cable tray, conduit, trucking length measure, counting the data points, CCTV etc… for tender drawings using with CAD drawing.
