DSEA (DSE architecture, inc.)  is a small but growing full service architectural firm based in historic Old Towne Orange, CA.  DSEA specializes in the needs analysis, planning, design, construction document preparation and construction project management of educational, commercial, institutional, and residential projects.  We are committed to creating architectural solutions that respond to the well-defined needs of our clients, both public and private, as well as to site and community context, and contribute positively to the built environment. 

DSEA is a leader in historic preservation, protecting the values of the past while also responding to current day needs and uses with contemporary architectural solutions.  We utilize 3D BIM software on all projects and integrate the client within the design process.
