Managed land development, supervised on-going projects, and acted as the project lead for a 1M+ sf mixed-use transit-oriented development for a public-private partnership. The multiphase 5-acre development included proposed uses of medical, office, retail, restaurant, hotel, senior housing, city hall, county library, public parkland, and structured parking.
