Two main features of the building are waterfall and tower that connects the project to the master plan which is based on looping water from Rio Hondo River.

The tower is representing observation tower which is providing view point and functioning as circulation from parking to gym and conference room.

The waterfall from a wall and tower make people focus on the courtyard in the center that becomes resting area for the residents.

Podium and double loaded are used for privacy and more units.

Canopy is a special design feature of the building which makes the building as residential.
