The building consists of a two-story base and a cantilevered upper floor. The two components are arranged at right angles to each other, so that the unique location of the property could be used perfectly. The lower floors were clad with stone, while the upper structure is provided with vertical wooden formwork.

After entering the ground floor, you will find yourself in the anteroom, in which all floors are accessed by means of a passenger elevator and stairs. To the west there are four bedrooms with the associated sanitary facilities. To the east a door leads into the open carport. Trees that grow through openings in the carport roof create an open and friendly atmosphere.

The west-facing master bedroom is in the basement. This is accessible through a large walk-in closet and the bathroom. Furthermore, there is a wine cellar, a fitness room and a wellness and spa area on this level. The latter have access to the outside via an atrium. Housekeeping, storage and technical rooms are in the underground part of the floor.

The highlight of the building is the cantilevered upper floor. The component with a gable roof is placed in a north-south direction on the base stories below and centrally oriented towards the mountain range of the Wilder Kaiser. The floor includes an open kitchen-living room with balconies at both ends. To the west there is access to the large roof terrace with covered seating area.
