Designed for occupancy by students at Monroe College, this six-story, 94-unit residential building is designed in compliance with the new form-based zoning adopted in New Rochelle. The economical, wood-frame modular construction system helps contain construction cost. A rain screen cladding system juxtaposed with iron-spot grey brick gives the building a contemporary appearance. A parking garage at the ground level serves the college community, and a landscaped terrace and ground-floor common area provide amenities for students.
