About 

I am a graduate of the undergraduate architecture program at Pratt Institute (B. Arch) with a double minor in Interior Design and Media Studies. I am interested in social housing and community development. I strive to create environments based on collaboration and participation between designers, planners, and communities members to create harmonious and beautiful designs. 

 

Employment

+ As a Draftsperson in the fabrication shop, I am responsible for interpreting received design drawings and drafting a complete set of detailed shop drawings for the fabricators.
+ The process includes interacting with the design team, having a strong understanding of materials and fabrication methods, 3D modeling and AutoCAD drafting, choosing hardware and material specs, creating CNC and Vendor files, and fielding questions during the fabrication phase.

+ As a Junior Architect I assisted the PM in a variety of High End projects in all phases of design from SD through CA.
+ The process included creating SD & DD presentations, Material Palette + FF&E specification, interacting with clients, drafting Filing + Bid + Construction Documents, interpreting CODE and NYC Landmarks standards, weekly construction site visits and meeting notes.
+ Typical design methods: 3D Modeling, Rendering, Photoshop, Hand Sketching, Material Palette boards, Detailed Drafting.
