Truth be told, "Time and Technology" are my two main competitors and what I do with both or how I use them testifies to my true intentions in life whether as an individual or in my respective profession. This is one of the reasons I decided to study AudioVisual alongside Architecture, thus creating personalized sustainable designs infused with this technology, creative thinking and problem-solving techniques. I believe design is how we answer each Clients needs, so each stroke, entity, blueprint must be customised to each client.
When I read about the life and works of Antonio Gaudi, William Le Baron Jenney, Frank Lloyd Wright, Zaha Hadid to mention but a few, I ask myself how far I am willing to go to be an inspiration to others. Architecture affects everyone in different ways. It is a major contributor to every form of civilization and development in the world. It affects how we live, interact, worship, study, before the turning machines and after the internet. I am excited by how architecture and technology could converge and what the intersection can create.

• I used the KPI's methods to increase productivity by 30% in 8 months.
• I monitored trends in the AV and Architectural Industry to identify and incorporate useful new business strategies and technologies to help reduce internal processes by 25%. With this, I was able to improve on the Architectural material template, I had created for the company which could calculate the number of required materials needed to construct a cinema room as well as deduce the cost price for the construction without margins or mark-ups by inputting the room dimensions, thus allowing bidding documents for such rooms to be completed faster.
• I created a template for lighting design proposes to increase proposal churn-out rate to potential clients by 10%.
• I created customized personalized programming files using Lutron, Control4 and Crestron to reduce project programming TAT by 15%.

• I oversaw daily design operations using project drawing documentation checker template which I created using Google Sheets to ensure daily high levels of productivity at 90%.
• I proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced atmosphere using these templates as well as AutoCAD Design templates.
• I attended project meeting representation and reported using the ERP software (Teamworks).
• I worked closely with the procurement department on procurement reports and resolve issues with international or local vendors, communicating clearly on the deliverable delays when necessary to the Clients ensuring a realistic timeline was set for all works to be completed.

• I presented and explained design layouts/ research and findings to clients using SketchUp and other presentation software.
• I designed the client’s Architectural plans, Audiovisual system as well as home cinema drawings based on the industry standards and feasibility studies.
• I worked with project stakeholders to address and correct technical problems.
• I designed and oversaw the renovation of several commercial offices and homes after approvals from the state regulatory bodies. As well as carrying out NDA tests ( structural stability) of the existing buildings.
• I created lighting designs layouts and their respective fixture specification sheet which were used by the engineers on-site and the procurement department. I also carried out QCs on the products before deploying them to the site.
