Senior Thesis Project dedicated to establishing a fun community hangout spot for families with location justifying surroundings such as parks, piers and other recreational activities known to be popular by heavily populated Tribeca family demographic. Design has a new spin on organic and healthy sweats that can be eaten, also created and explored by a whole family. Nightly outings on the town are also accommodated here for adults, that can indulge in a quality pleasure dessert while overlooking a cityscape.
