37,750 SF renovation and approximately 13,000 SF addition to existing building meant  to update a dated building that houses a very progressive and dynamic GI practice. 

Responsibilities: Provided design direction with assistance from Senior Designers and implemented several planning and design innovations while building the working Revit architectural model.  Through a series of user and client meetings I attended, I was able to coordinate the visions of our team and our client in multiple rounds of presentations and walkthroughs.  Created and distributed presentations for UC Regents, multiple agencies within the University, including NavisWorks walkthroughs and multiple photo-realistic renderings.  Under the direction of a Project Architect,  I coordinated consultants and vendors as well as the BIM model to submit 100% Construction Documents to the client.
