It is my thesis project, it consist on a hotel that can be used as an refuge on times of emergencies. It is located on a coastal flooding. The idea is that because we are an island we will suffer the effects of the sea level rise and obvious hurricanes and floods and we need to change the mentality of the way we plan and construct.
