This family of four are growing and required more space to accommodate themselves. Designing a rear addition to the home allowed this 2 bedroom 1 bath house to become 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a master suite in the rear yard.

Designing the addition to be under 600 sf, so as to not trigger a longer process with the city, freed up the family and provided some much need personal space.

Clean lines, stained concrete flooring with hydronic radiant heating, and accent tile in the master suite bathroom elevated the space to be comfortable and elegant.
