From a Quaker family outside of Philadelphia, I am an architectural designer with interest in energy conservation and construction. My aim is to create moments that teach and shape the way we think about each other.

Osborne Construction, Philadelphia, PA, US, Architectural Designer

Arriving after architects had left the small firm (Covid-19), I took over the design and organization of 3 residential projects; 2 ongoing and 1 built. Coordinated surveys, SD proposals, final CD sets, construction detailing, project+material schedules, subcontractor bids, and all client correspondence for these Design/Build projects. Established and improved company standards through Revit, Trello, and Gantt charts, all while balancing the office management of collecting back-dated COI’s and 1099s. Personal construction experience on-site by means of carpentry, insulation, airsealing, structural reinforcement, subflooring, and the articulate translation between drawn and built work.
