Employment

Osborne Construction, Philadelphia, PA, US, Architectural Designer

Arriving after architects had left the small firm (Covid-19), I took over the design and organization of 3 residential projects; 2 ongoing and 1 built. Coordinated surveys, SD proposals, final CD sets, construction detailing, project+material schedules, subcontractor bids, and all client correspondence for these Design/Build projects. Established and improved company standards through Revit, Trello, and Gantt charts, all while balancing the office management of collecting back-dated COI’s and 1099s. Personal construction experience on-site by means of carpentry, insulation, airsealing, structural reinforcement, subflooring, and the articulate translation between drawn and built work.
