The J Street Hospitality Office project consisted of tenant improvements for our hospitality client, J Street Hospitality. Their new office space and storefront is located on the first floor of an existing 23-story mixed-use building adjacent to Petco Park in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Our scope of work included the Larry’s Deli storefront, ceilings, fixtures and finishes for Larry’s Deli and office areas, and a new mezzanine level for additional offices enhanced by a beautifully designed staircase element.
